Human Resources Professional Association of Grand Valley holds a bi-annual conference. The theme for 2014 is timelessness in the workplace. Multiple generations interacting in the same workplace, aging workforce, cycles,  end of mandatory retirement, working all the time, expectations of response times with technology, telecommuting, etc.
 
To promote the theme, a conference logo was designed showcasing a clock of never ending time. The clock uses roman numerals while the rest of the typography uses a modern font to show contrast in time.
A brochure for the event showcases the logo. The top portion of the brochure unfolds to reveal more details of the concept for the conference. Clocks are used to represent all the time details and around each clock are fluid lines creating movement in the design.
