Fanshawe LIVE was a celebration of Fanshawe College's 50th anniversary bringing together 7,000 past grads and current students to celebrate together with music from top Canadian acts. The creative was developed to compliment the Fanshawe 50th brand while setting the tone for the event. Promotional tactics included posters, animated promotion, email, social push and mailers. The event itself included creative work on t-shirts, swag, event passes, pre-show display (consisting of a collection of photography through the decades displayed through the use of displacement maps), digital background animations and 360 LED ring animations within the venue.
